2 . That the sum of $ y~SO. 00 is found to -
be a reasonable attorney's fee and costs and the Guardian, WANDA
M. WATSON, be, and is hereby ordered to pay said sum to BRAD .
CULVERHOUSS, Attorney at~Law, Chartered, within fifteen (15) days
after the date of the rendition of this Order.
3. That this Court finds and determines the sum of
S .i"SO.OD to be a reasonable fee and costs for the
Guardian of~the person and property_and WANDA M. WATSON as
- Guardian, be~, and is hereby ordered to pay to WANDA M. WATSON, said
sum within fifteen (15) days after the date of the rendition of this-
Order. -
4. That after the payments are made to said attorney and
to the Guardian for-the fees and costs awarded to same, WANDA M.
WATSON, as Guardian of the property of the late HOYLE L. BENTON,
Incompetent, be, and is hereby ordered to pay the remaining sums
in the Guardianship Account to HOYLE L. BENTON, JR., the natural
son and sole heir at law of the late HOYLE L. BENTON, SR., and
_ WANDA M. WATSON as Guardian of-the property,-be, and is hereby- -
further ordered to transfer to HOYLE L. BENTO~t, JR., all other
assets and property that has come into her possession, in her'
capacity as Guardian of -the property of HOYLE L. BENTON, SR. _
DONE AND ORDERED this 8 day of , 1979,-at Fert -
Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
