ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Z day of September,
= 1979, upon the Petition For Discharge Of Guardian, and the Court having
examined the Petition For Discharge Of Guardian and also having examined
the Receipt; Approval Of Accounting, Waiver Of Notice And Consent. To
Discharge Of.Guardian, which was executed by the Ward, MABEL R.
ECKSTEIN, and the Court receiving into evidence Affidavits as to reason-
able attorney's fees and costs, for the attorney for the Guardian, and
the Court also receiving into evidence a letter dated June 11, 1979,
from BERNARD D. ROSS, M.D., stating that there is no longer any need
for a Voluntary Guardianship for the property of MABEL R. ECKSTEIN,
Ward, and-the Court being satisfied that the Guardian has faithfully
discharged the duties as Guardian, has rendered a complete and accurate

,Final Accounting and has delivered the assets of the Ward to the person
entitled thereto, and the Court also finding that both the Guardian and
Ward waived notice of hearing of the hearing on the Petition For -
Discharge, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Petition of ALOIS F.-LAMPERT for discharge of -
Guardian of the property of MABEL R. ECKSTEIN,~be, and is hereby ordered
granted, and it be, and is~hereby further ordered that upon ALOIS F.
LAMPERT, as Guardian for the property gully comply with the provisions
of this Order, the Guardian shall be discharged. '
2. That the Guardian of the property of MABEL R. ECKSTEIN,
ALOIS F. LAMPERT, be, and is hereby ordered discharged as Guardian of
