The undersigned, as personal representative of theme -
above estate, alleges: _
1. The decedent, GLADYS C. WILSON, a resident of
the County of Arlington and State of Virginia, died on
- November 5, 1973, and Letters of Administration were issued
to Petitioner on April 2, 1977. - -
- 2. Petitioner filed herewith waivers signed by all
- interested persons, waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
~ -mak~.ng payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
i and debts that were presented,-and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, -
appraisers or other agents in the said ancillary administration,
employed by the personal representative is set forth in Exhibit.
"A", attached hereto.
-5. .Petitioner has filed all required estate-tax '
returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department
of Revenue of the State of Florida,- and has obtained and filed
with this court evidence~of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligations .for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate to Petitioner.
