I, BERTHA R. LBNNARTZ, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do here-
by declare this to be MY LAST-BILL AND TESTAMENT,. hereby
revoking any and all previous blilla and/or Codicils by me at .
- any time heretofore made.. _
FIRST: I direct that all my ~uat debts, funeral and
testamentary expenses be-paid as soon as may properly be
done after my death. -
SECOND: All the rest,-residue and remainder of my

estate, both real and personal, I devise to my two beloved -
children, namely, JOHN C. LENNARTZ and KATHRYN B. ANTHONY, -
of Fort Pierce Florida and l~okomie, Florida respectively, -
they to have in equal shares, share and share alike, and I
direct that the same be their own absolutely and in fee
simple forever. -
THIRD: I nominate and appoint my aforementioned son,
JOHN C. LENNARTZ, as personal representative of my estate,

without bond, and grant unto him the power, in addition to
those given by the lads ~of the State of Florida; to sell any

real property which I may own at the time of my death, with-
. out court order.
