PETITION FOR DISCHARGE.WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of
the above estate. alleges:
1. The decedent, PAUL M. FISHER,. a resident
_ of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 1st day of
February, 1978 and Letters-of .Administration were
issued to Petit-inner on February 8, 1978.-
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of
Accounting and Service of Petition for Discharge and _
_ Consent to Discharge of Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this
estate by making payment, settlement or other disposition
of all claims and debts that were presented and by paying
or making provision for the payment of taxes and expenses
of administration.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid _ _
or to be paid to the Personal Representative, attorneys,
or other agents employed by the Personal-Representative
are: -
