Grantees, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt
acknowledges that-this purchases is subject to, in every respect, the ~I
Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R._ Hook 313, pages 2307 -
2351, of the public records of St. Lucie County,, Florida, and Grantees-
- -further acknowledge receipt of and reading.and examination of said -
Declaration, together.with its $xhibit~.and acknowledges that the
terms thereof. are in the best interests a>qd for-the benefit of all
the owners in said Complex.
Grantees agree to abide by each-and every provision of said
Declaration and Exhibits thereof, and ratifies and confirms all the
terms thereof. -
Grantees confirm that all warranties, representations and
inducements, if any, are as contained-in the. aforesaid Declaration of .
Condominium and Exhibits attached-thereto, and that no warranty or -
guarantee is made or intended to be made or relied upon except where
`the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed by the aforesaid _
Declaration and Exhibits thereto. -
