BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared JOHN DEBRUCQUE, SR. - - who, upon first being.
duly sworn by me, did depose and say:
1. That he has personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.
2. That Madeline Debrucque is the surviving spouse of Alex
Debrucque, who departed this life on October 16 , 19 63
3. That she and the said Alex Debrucque were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed executed by Harry J. Rress anc~ Marie
Kress, his wife, dated January 26, 1962, recorded January 26, 1962
in Official Record Book 28 at page 420 of the public records _
of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above described property -
was conveyed to Alex Debrucque and Madeline Debrucque, his wife.
4. That on the~date of the aforementioned conveyance,
Madeline Debrucque was married to the said Alex Debrucque, and
that said marital relationship continued without interruption until
~ the death of the said Alex Debrucque.
