Motion to Compel and Motion for Protective Order and the Court.

ORDERED and ADJUDGED -
_ 1. That the Third Party Defendant, ROBINTECH, INC.,
shall provide GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY the manufacturers in-
structions pertaining to the installation of the pipe in question..
2. As to Mr. Vincent Gorham's deposition presently
scheduled for 11:00 A.M. on October 2, 1979, the defendant ROBINTECH,
INC., shall allow the witness to examine the photographs which the
Third Party Defendant intends to use at trial. _
