is denied. At the deposition of Vincent Gorham, presently scheduled -
f or October 2 , 1979 , the witness , Vincent Gorhaaan, shall procTuce ~ -
any and all ,payroll and expense records pertaining to witnesses
-and their testimony in regard to expenses and damages alleged"to - -
have been incurred by the defendant Gorham Construction Company.
Any records regarding damages which are not produced for examination
