advised in the premises, it is hereby -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that. the petition-for approval of
settlement is granted, as follows:
1. The sum of $20,001.00 to be paid to Petitioners by -
- and on behalf of the Defendants.
2. The sum of $20,001.00 is to be allocated as follows:
(a) $15,001.00 in payment of Petitioners derivative

a full release of all claims on behalf of the minor,
RICHARD L. BALDWIN, against the Defendants on account
of the injuries described above -upon the payment of the -
