This cause vowing on before me and_it appearing
_ that the part; es have stipulated to the entry of this
order, ~-t is thereupon, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED. as fellows: -
1. That the-Plaintiffs, JOHN ARTHUR ROSS, III and .
RAYNARD BRANT, sub®nit~to a physical examination by Dr.
Ronald Grober promptly on a day and hour to be obtained
by the ~f2ndants. Said examinations to be of such a _
t -
nature as=are necessary to_determine the extent and nature
of injuries allegedly sustained by the Plaintiffs,-JOHN
ARTHUR ROSS,~III and RAYNARD GRANT, at the time and place
and-on the occasion mentioned in the complaint filed in -
- _
this cause.
2. That the results of these examinations shall be
reported by said doctor to the Defendants in writing
in a detailed manner setting out his findings and con-
clusions. If requested by Plaintiffs, Defendants shall
` promptly furnish Plaintiffs with a copy of such reports
and Plaintiffs shall thereupon. or thereafter as the case
may be, promptly furnish Defendants with~a like report
- -
or reports of examinations relating to the same injuries
previously or thereafter made by any other physician.
