This cause came on to be heard upon Motion for Withdrawal
of Deposit Paid into-the Registry. of the Court filed by the
defendants--Sidney R3bakoff, Abraham Schlussel, Daniel Glassman and
Murray Rosen, owners of Parcel No. 108, and the Court having con-
sidered said-motion and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is, therefore, "
ORDERED AtiD ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court be, and he
is hereby directed to-pay forthwith the following sum as indiciated:
T0: SIDNEY RIBAKOFF, ABRAHAM SCHLUSSEL, DANIEL GLASSMAN and
HURRAY ROSEN $1,800.00,
and it is further, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said sum is on account of the
full compensation to be awarded in this proceeding, without pre~u-
dice to the rights of these defendants inscfar as the ultimate award
for the taking of their property is coriicerned.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie. County,
Florida, this day of Octob 9 _
