I, CHARLES C. McDERMOTT, residing at 1155 Dunes Street,
Merritt Island, in Brevard County, Florida, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do make this, my last will_and testament,
hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made.
ITEM I _
I desire and-direct that my body be buried in a Christian-like - _
manner, in my lot, being Lot 20, Section 1, Garden of Honor, in the
Glen Haven Memorial Park in Winter Park, Florida.
ITEM II -
I desire-and direct that all of my just debts, including the _
expenses of my last illness and-funeral expenses, be paid by my
executor, hereinafter named-and appointed, as soon as practicable
after my death. _ - -

and wheresoever situated, to my son, DAVID M. McDERMOTT.~~
