Before me, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared STANLEY PODCERVSNSRY, who, upon first being duly sworn,. _
did '~~.pose -and say:
_ 1. -The undersigned is President of Surfside Private
Beach Association.
2. The undersigned resides at 1901 Cypress Avenue,
in Surfside Subdivision, Fort Pierce, Florida, and did reside at
such address on March 23, 1978, which was the date of a deed from
Victor L. Smith to Albert J. Stanki and Helen L. Stanki, his wife, _
regarding the real estate which is the subject of this affidavit.
3. That the undersigned is well familiar with~the pro- -
perty which was the subject of the above mentioned_deed and which
is also the subject of this affidavit and_that the undersigned
knows of his own personal knowledge that as of the date of the
deed. in question from Mr. Smith, the .property in question: was -
not or never had been the homestead of Victor L. Smith nor was the
same contiguous or adjacent to the homestead of Mr. Smith.
4. That the property in question is presently unimproved
real estate and was such at the time of the deed from. Mr. Smith.
FURTHER, Affiant sayeth not.
