the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by HUTCNINSON ISLAND LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership duly registered with the Secretary of State of the
State of Florida, dared February 22 i9 78 ,and
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 282. on page
1023 .securing the payment of the sum of FOUr Million Five Hundred Sixty Thousand and No/100
Dollars (s 4,560,000.00=--)
covering-property in the County of $t. LUCie ~ ,Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has receivad full payment of the indebtedness evidenced b~ said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-c.3im all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
