RIDER ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THAT CERTAIN MORTGAGE DEED WHEREIN CHARI.BS A. LLOYD, A MARRI$D MAN, IS MORTGAGOR, AND FIRST AMERICAN HANK OF DAVIE IS MORTGAGEE, DATED SBPTEMHER 26, 1979. _ This mortgage secures an existing indebtedness and shall also secure such future advances, which may be made at the option of the mortgagee, as are made within five years from the date ` hereof, to the same extent as if such future advances were made on the date of execution hereof., in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 697.04; provided that the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed a maximum principal amount of $ 50;400.00 , plus interest thereon, and any disbursements made for the payment of taxes,. levies, or insurance on-the property _ covered-by this mortgage with interest on such disbursements. If the mortgagee institutes a suit to foreclose this mort- gage, he shall be entitled to apply at any time to the Court having jurisdiction thereof for the appointment of a receiver of the mort- gaged property and of all rents, incomes, profits, issues and revenues thereof, from whatever source derived; the Court may forthwith appoint such receiver with the usual powers and duties - of receivers in like cases, and said appointment shall be_made_by the Court as a matter of strict right to the mortgagee, without reference to the adequacy or inadequacy of the value.of the property hereby mortgaged or to the solvency or insolvency of the mortgagors or of any other party defendant to such suit. Such signed financial statement(s) shall be delivered to mortgagee within thirty (30j~ days after request- is made by mortgagee for same.
