All accounts, contract-rights, intangible personal property, fixtures,
furniture,°furnishings and other personal property of whatsoever na-
ture, including but not limited to plumbing, heating and lighting
apparatus,_floor coverings, draperies, screens, storm windows and dooms,
boilers, machinery, stoves electric ranges, disposals, dishwashers,
exhaust fans, refrigerators; elevators and heating and air conditioning
systems (including all additions, improvements, accessions, replacements
and substitutions thereto and therefor), of Debtor now existing or owned
-or hereafter arising or acquired, and located .in or on the following=
described real property, whether now on the property or added later; all
deposits held by or for Debtor pursuant to contracts for the sale or
lease of Units located or to be located on, or -other portions of, the
zeal property described below; and all receivables now or hereafter due
Debtor with respect to purchase or lease agreements covering the sale or
lease of Units located or to be located on, or other portions of, the
real property described below; together with all instrwnents, documents
chattel papers and general intangibles relating to or arising from the
foregoing collateral and all cash and non-cash proceeds and products
thereof.
