Now, therefore,-in consideration of the premises and the

of she First Part, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys, and confirms unto the said Party of the Second

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in

Together .with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
