MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMEN3`
. THIS AGREEMENT, made by and between GEORGE DANi13L
STATTEL, hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and NAVAJO GROVES,
INC., a corpoFation existing under the laws of Florida,
hereinafter called "Mortgagor", on the 11 _day of ,
_ 1979.
WHEREAS, Mortgagor.entered into a Mortgage Deed to
Mortgagee, said mortgage together with the promissory note
attached thereto,- being recorded in O. R. Book 295 at Page.
1079 of the Public Records of St. -Lucie County, Florida,
and _ -
WHEREAS, both parties agree that it would-be bene-
ficial to modify the original Mortgage and Note so that the
- payments will be made in twenty-two (22) equal semi-annual
installments beginning January 10, 1980 and every-June 10
and January 10 thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
expressed, it is hereby agreed as follows:
1: That the next installment to be made under the- -
promissory note shall be due and payable January 10, 1980-and
each installment shall be due semi-annually from said date on
' June 10 and January 10, and a like sum on the corresponding
day of each like succeeding .period thereafter until the whole
be fully paid. _
2. All other terms of the note and mortgage shall -
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set
