MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THiS AGREEMENT-, made by and between GEORGE DANIEL
STATTSL, hereinafter~call~d "Mortgagee"_and LOUIS C. FORGET,
as. Agent for JOSEPH NOELRS and MARGARET NOSLRS, his wifef
LOUIS C. FORGET and JOAN FORGET, his wife; WILLIAM L. WOLF, .
-a single adult;. OMSR NpELRE, a single adult; LOUIS J. FORGET
and GAYLS FORGET, his wifef CHARLES J. NOELRS and MA7CANN NOELRE, .
has wife; PHILLIP J. FORGET and MSLANIE FORGET, his-wifef and
DSNNIS J. NOELRS-and DEBORAH NOELRE, his wife, constituting
all of the Partners of GERONIMO GROVES, a partnership,'
hereinafter called "Mortgagors", on the ~ day of _

WHEREAS, Mortgagors-entered into a Mortgage Deed-
-to Mortgagee, said mortgage together with the promissory
' note attached thereto, being recorded in O. R. Book 295
at Page 869 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, both parties agree that it would be bene-
ficial to modify the original Mortgage and Note so that-the
payments will be made in twenty-two (22) equal semi-annual

installments beginning January 10, 1980 and every Duns 10
and January IO thereafter,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual
covenants expressed, it is hereby agreed as follows: -
l. That the next installment to be made under the
promissory note shall be due and paya}rle January 10, 1980
and each installment shall be due semi-annually from said
date on June 10 and January 10, and a like sum on the
corresponding day of each like succeeding period thereafter
until the whole be fully paid.
2. .All other terms of the note and mortgage shall
remsin in full fore and effect.
