FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigaed_jointly and severally promise to pay
to the order of JOHN H. COPPOCK and BDNA MAY COPPOCK, his wife, the principal
sum of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($14,500.00) Dollars, together
with interest thereon as set forth below, until maturity, both principal and
interest being payable in lawful money of the United States or its equivalent,
- at c/o John R. Copyock, 117 Wisteria-Avenue. Fort Pierce„ FL , said principal
and interest to be payable on the dates"and in the amounts specified below,-to-wit:
Thirty-six (36) monthly installments of interest only~in the amount of
. Seventy-five and No/100 {$75.00) Dollars, said interest payments being
at the rate of 6.20X per annum, commencing on the 3rd day of November,
~ A.D., 1979, and continuing on the 3rd day of each consecutive. month;
thereafter, One Hundred Eighty (180) monthly installments of principal
and interest at the rate of Nine Per Cent (9X) per annum on the unpaid
- balance, in the amount of One Hundred Forty-seven and 07/100 ($147.07)
Dollars, commencing on the 3rd day of November, A.D., 1982, and continu-
ing on the 3rd day of each consecutive month thereafter until paid in
_ full. Each payment being applied first to the payment of interest and
the balance to principal. The Maker shall have the-right to prepay-any -
' part or all of the unpaid principal balance at any time before due with-
out the payment of premium therefor. '
{ Each maker and endorser severally waives demand, protest and notice of maturity,
non-payment or protest and all requirements necessary to hold each of them liable
as makers and endorsers. •
Each maker and endorser further agrees, jointly and severally, to pay all costs of
collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in case the principal of this note
or any payment on the principal or-any interest thereon is not paid at the respective
maturity thereof, or in case it becomes necessary to protect the security hereof,
. whether suit is brought or not.,
This note is secured by a purchase money second mortgage of even date herewith and
is to be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Florida; upon
default in the payment of principal and/or interest due on any note secured by said
Mortgage, all notes so secured and remaining unpaid shall forthwith become due and
payable notwithstanding their tenor.
