ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHT TO PURCHASE -
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that BITTAN, INC., a -
Florida corporation, hereby assigns unto VINCENT A. LLOYD-and
EDGAR A. BROWN, P.O. Box 3482, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, all
the right, title and interest of BITTAN, INC. in and to-the Right
to Purchase given BITTAN, INC. by NORRIS J. COOPER, dated October
20, 1975, recorded in O.R. Book 244, page 2914, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This assignment is given as part of distribution to
stockholders upon dissolution of BITTAN, INC. _
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the .foregoing instrument has been
executed in accordance with law, this 2nd day of October, 1979. -

Right to Purchase,- and that he acknowledged executing tre same in
