all motions not decided by this order shall be heard at the
time of the pretrial conference on October 23, 1979, at 4 o'clock P.M.T
all charges and verdict forms shall be presented at the pretrial
conference.
As to .the foregoing motions, it is ~ ~
ORDERED as follows:
1. The motion to reveal the names of all impeachment
witnesses and exhibits_is denied per Seaboard v. Timmons,
61 So. 2d 426, Dodson v. Persell, 365 So. 2d 413, Nationwide v.
Pinellas, 276 So. 2d 547, Spencer v. Beverly, 307 So. 2d 461, -
and Corack v. Travelers Insurance Co., 347 So. 2d 641. -
2. The motion of'the defendant WALKER for information
as to -the amount of money the plaintiff-has received from her
automobile insurance carrier is granted, and the plaintiffs
shall have ten (10) days from the date of this order within--
-which to comply.
3. The motion of the plaintiffs to eliminate any mention
of the receipt of workmen's compensation, social security or
personal injury protection benefits is deferred until October 23,
1979. _
4. The motion of the plaintiff to disallow the use of_
information obtained by way of a social security medical
examination is denied. _
5. The motion of the defendant WALKER to file cross- -
claims for contribution is granted, and said defendant shall
have seven (7) days from the date of this order within which
to file said cross-claims.
6. The motion of the defendants, RON AARDY and RELIANCE
INSURANCE COMPANY, to disallow the mentioning of insurance
coverage is denied.. -
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
