• FINAL JUDGMENT -
This cause coming on this day to-be heard upon the motion of
the Plaintiffs, by-their undersigned attorney, for the entry of a .
final judgment as provided by laws of the State of Floridan upon the
Plaintiffs' complaint to quiet title, the default judgment pre-
viously entered in this action against the known and unknown
Defendants, the answer of the guardian ad litem and attorney ad ~ ~ -
litem for the unknown Defendants and the Defendants whose military
status is unknown, and the Court being fully and further advised
in the premises, in consideration of such premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties to the
cause and the subject matter. _
2. That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiffs.
3. That the default judgment previously entered in this
action be and it is confinaed, ratif ied and made absolute.
4. That a guardian ad lit~n-and attorney ad litem appointed
by this Court to represent the interests of the absent and unknown
Defendants, and for all Defendants who may be 1n the military
service of the United States, has filed his answer in this action;
that it appears to the satisfaction of the Court that none of the
Defendants to this action are in the military service of the United
