States and the Plaintiffs are relieved of the requirement of
posting bond to protect the interest• of any Defendants who taay
be in the military-service. ~ - -
5. That the~Plaintiffs be and they are declared to be the
.fee simple and absolute owners of the following-described real
property, situate, lying and being-in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida:-
The North 50 feet of the South 125 feet of the East 300
feet of Lot 182 (less U.S. Highway #1) of Unit Three _
MARAVILLA:GARDENS as per plat thereof as recorded in_
Plat Book 6, Page 62, Public Records of St. Lucie County
Florida, excepting therefrom the East 2~5 feet. Also
excepting therefrom, however, all right's of way for
public roads and-electric tra4nsmission and distribution
lines as in Deed Book 159, Page 537j and also excepting _
therefrom telephone and telegraph lines as-in Deed -
eook_176, Page 461, all of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. -
AND
The ideat 700 feet of the North 200 feet of Lot .181 of
Unit Three, MARAVILLA GARDENS, as per plat recorded -
in Plat Book 6, Page 62, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
AND - -

and excepting therefrom, however, the West 135 feet

utility easements of record and further excepting the
East 235 feet thereof.
6. That all the right, title or interest. of the Defendants
and all persons claiming by, through or under them, and all parties -
having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the
lands since the filing of the lis pendens, be and the same are
quieted, vacated, set aside and canceled as clouds upon the title
of the Plaintiffs in and to the above-described lands, and that
the title of the Plaintiffs in and to those lands be and it is
forever quieted, cleared and confirmed and forever full-y and
completely established as against all of the Defendants_to this
action, and against all persons whoutsoever claiming by, through or
under them, and all persons having or claiming to have any right,
title or interest in the lands involved fn this action since the
'filing of the lis pendens.
