ORDER
This Cause having come before this Court upon the parties stipulated
Petition for Modification of the Final Judgment and Child Custody Agreements,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Custody of the minor child of the parties, TAMMY STEWART,
is awarded to the wife, LEOLA F. STEWART.
2. The husband, EDWARD D. STEWART, is awarded reasonable
rights of visitation with the child.
'I 3. That in all other respects the original Final Judgment entered
i
by this Court January 29, 1979, and all Stipulated Agreements entered subse-
quent thereto by the parties shall remain unchanged and binding upon the - -
parties hereto.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
