STONE, his wife, -owners of Parcel No. 110 for the disburse-
ment of the deposit of $28,i9tf.0lD, and- it agp€3rin; that
there are no other interest adversely affected by the taking,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon,
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED that the-Clerk disburse from the
funds deposited by the Plaintiff, with respect ta-Parcel No.
110, the sum of $28,190.00 to said Defendants.
