do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my LAST DILL AND TESTAMENT, _
hereby expressly revoking ary and all prior Wills by me heretofore made.
ONE
It is my Will that. out of rqy Estate, all of the just debts and expenses -
of administration-together with just taxes and impositions ]aid against the- -
estate, shall be paid, and that I be buried in a Christian-like manner consistent =

- with my circumstances in life. _ -
TWO
-After the payment of all my just debts and expenses, I-give, devise
and bequeath any and all property by me owned at my death, to RENA MAE LUCAS.
Without restriction.on RENA MAE LUCAS, it is my desire that she
~ allow my brothers, ROBERT E. HURRAY and ARTHUR HURRAY, to live in ~ house
as long as they are alive and pay the upkeep, taxes and insurance on the
property. The beneficiary is the last word and has the absolute say so on
whether or not my brothers are conforming to the conditions and the matter is
_ entirely at her discretion for I am giving to her-the property in its entirety.
THREE
I hereby authorize, constitute and appoint as personal representative
of this my Will, my attorney, CHARLES WM. STONE, further providing that only a
nominal bond or security be required for the performance thereof and in the
absence thereof-, that the said attorney, CHARLES WM. STONE, have the right and
authority to appoint a successor personal representative.
To my said personal representative, Igive the power of sale, to encumber
property, to do any and all things necessarry to promote the best interest of my
