Fort Pierce, Florida,. being of sound mind and memory,-da
make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
annulling others by me heretofore made. -

I will and direc-t that -all my just debts be paid, and
ail my general expenses. be paid as soon as is--possible -
after my decease. '

_ I gi-;;e, bequeath and devise all of my property, both
real and personal, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate, to my sons, JOSEPH-FRANK JONES and RIt~iARD ALLEN
- JONES, presently residing at 1000 Charlotta Road, Fort
~ Pierce, Florida, to be divided equally and to be theirs
in fee simple absolute.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint JOSEPH LANDRY,
my brother-in-law, to be Executor of this my-Last Will and
Testament, should I die beTore January 23, 1971. On that
date my oldest son, JOSEPH FRANK JONES, will reach the
age of twenty-one (21) years, and I, therefore, wish to
substitute JOSEPH FRANK JONES, my son, for JOSEPH LANDRY,
as Executor of my Last Will and Testament, should I survive
until January 23, 1971. If I should die after April 8, 1972,
at which time my youngest son, RIL~iARD ALLEN JONES, shall
reach the age of twenty-one (21) years, I hereby declare my
wish that both of my sons, JOSEPH FRANK JONES and RIi~IARD
ALLEN JONES, shall serve as co-Executors of my Last Will _ -
and Testament. To whoever shall serve as Executor according-
