AFFIDAVIT
IN RB: Lot 2, Block E, MARAVILLA TERRACE, as per plat therof
recorded in Plat Book 5, page 50 of the publiic records of
St. Lucie-County, Florida, plus the East 7.5 feet of-the
- vacated alley adjacent on the West.
STATE OF FLORIDA
ST . LUC IE COUNTY
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally ap-
geared EDNA WOLCOTT, who after first being duly sworn did de-
pose and say:
1. That she has personal knowledge of the facts
stated herein.
2. That sheds also known as Mrs. John W. Wolcott
and was married to John W. Wolcott at the time of his death
on February 10, 1956. _
3. That at the time of his death John W. Wolcott was
the head of a family and resided with Affiant on property
legally described as Lot 2, Block E, MARAVILLA TERRACE, as
per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 50 of the

public records of St Lucie County, Florida, plus the East 7.5
feet of the vacated alley adjacent on the West.
4. That JOHN W. WOLCOTT did own in his own name the
above described property and such was his homestead at the
time of his death.
5. That at the time of his death said JOHN W. WOL-
COTT left surviving besides Affiant, his daughter, SHIRLEY
SUTPHIN, 1803 Boatpoint Drive, Point Pleasant, New Jersey
08742, his son, WESLEY WOLCOTT, who died in 1970 and a grand-
daughter, BARBARA SORINTINO, who was the daughter of BERTHA
VENABLE who was the daughter of JOHN W. WOLCOTTT and prede-
ceased him. -
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
