IaIOW ALL MBN BY THBSB PRSSBNTS, Whereas, Bay Colony of Stuart, Inc. _
by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 10th day of NoveAber A.D. -
1977, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in attd for the County of St. Lucie ,State of Florida,
in O.R. Book 277 Page 334? and modified by Modification Agree-
ment between the parties, dated December 4, 1978 and recorded in
- O.R. Book :_299 Page 289, granted and conveyed untg FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCB and assigns, the premises-
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
SEVEN HUNDR$D THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($700,000.00) with interQSt
as therein mentioned:

AND WHBRBAS the said BAY COLONY OF STDART, INC. has requested the
said FIRST FBDERAI. SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to
release the preaises hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, RNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDBRAL SAVINGS AND -
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIBRCE, as well in consideration of the
premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable con-
sideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said BAY COLONY OF _
STUART, INC. at-the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto the said BAY COLONY OF STUART, INC., their heirs and assigns,
all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises
comreyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Lot 2, BAY COLONY OF-STIIART, according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, -
in Plat Book 19, Page 1.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said BAY
COLONY OF STUART, INC. and .assigns forever, freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless,--that nothing therein con-
- tamed shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien
or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage un the remaining part of
said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefro~e, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee bq its duly authorized
_ officers, has hereunto set its hand and seal this 2 day of October 1979.
