CORRECTIVE PERSONAL REPRESENTI6?TIVE'S DEED _
_ THIS-INDENTURE, executed this 2~ 8th day of September
1979, by and between MILDRED Z. STECRERT, as Personal-Representative
of the Estate of Minnie Smith Zurn, as party of the first part,
and MILDRED Z. STECRERT, individually, as party of the second _
part,-whose mailing address if 3907 Southwest 4th-Place,-Gainesville, .
Florida 32601; -
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant to Court -Order. and
in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten and No/100ths
($10.00) Dollars and other good and. valuable considerations in
hand-paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise and
release, convey and confirm to the party of the second part, her
heirs and-assigns, forever, the real property. in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
- The Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest -
,Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) and -
the Sou ~h Ten (10) feet of the ~ Northwe st Quarter__ (NW 1/4 )
of the-Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter_
(NW 1/4)~in Section~20, Township. 35 South; Range 40 East.
THIS IS A CORRECTIVE DEED TO CORRECT f:RROR ZN LEGAL -
DESCRIPTION OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED RECORDED
IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOR 310 PAGE 1996 OF THE PUBLIC
.RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FIARIDA.
The grantor also assigns,- transfers and .sets over to the
grantee all other intangible property and shows as an action which
may exist in favor of the Estate of Minnie Smith Zurn, deceased.
And the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all -
things perliminary to and in and about the same and this conveyance,
the Orders of the Court of jurisdiction and the laws of the State
of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
