INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 2; ALL LYING AND BEING
IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE,

PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF PORT ST.
- LUCIE, FLORIDA : ~ ~
- Section 1. A petition having been presented to _
- the City Co~nission in accordance with. Section 3 (29)
- of Article V of the Charter of Port St. Lucie by
General Development Corporation requesting the arnlexaticn
_ of the lands hereinafter. described and such lands being
contiguous to and within 3 miles of the present-municipal _
limits of the City of Port St. Lucie and General Develop-
ment Corporation being the sole owner of such lands, the
= following described lands located'in the unincorporated -
area- of St. Lucie County, Florida are hereby an~iexed to
- -and-incorporated within the municipal limites of the _
. City of Port St. Lucie:
~ Township 36 South, Range 40 East:
Section 35 -Lot 6, Lot 7, and Lots 9 to 12,
both inclusive, Block l; of St. Lucie Ga~ens, `
~ots 1 to both inclusive of St. Lucie Gardens.
