Section 1. A petition having been presented to the
? City Commission in accordance with Section 3(29) of Article V of
the Charter of Port St. Lucie by General Development Corporation -
- requesting the annexation of the lands hereinafter described and
such lands being contiguous to and within 3 miles of the present
municipal limits of the City of Port St. Lucie and General
' Development Corporation being the sole owner of such lands, the
following described lands located in the unincorporated area of
St. Lucie County Florida are hereby annexed to and incorporated
within the municipal limits of the Cite of Port St. Lucies
Township 36 South,.RanQe 40 East
Section 21 - That portion of land-lying South and $ast of Port
