Section 1. A petition having .been presented to the City
Commission in accordance with Section 3 (29) of Artic~.e V of the
Charter of Port St. Lucie by General Development Corporation
requesting the annexation of the lands hereinafter described and
such lands being contiguous to and within 3 nni,lea of -the present
municipal limits of the City of Port St. Lucie and General
Development Corporation being the sole owner of such lands, the
following .described lands located in the-unincorporated area of
St. Lucie County, Florida are hereby annexed to and incorporated
within the municipal limits of the City of Port St. Lucie:
Township 37 South, Rancre 40 Bast - _ _
Section 23 -The West Half of Government Lot 1 and all-of
Government Lot 2. _ -
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
