HEERMAN'S SUB- DIVISION OF GOVERAIriENT LOTS 2 and 3 IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF SAID LOT 11, ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION ON FILE IN PLAT- BOOK 1, PAGE .203 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. RIEDEL, his wife, requesting the annexation of the-lands hereinafter described and such lands being contiguous to and - within 3 miles of the present municipal limits of the City of Port St. Lucie, and UNIVERSAL-ADAMS, INC., a Florida Corporation, being the sole owner of Parcels 1 and 2, and HAROLD E.-RIEDEL and ADELYN M.
