TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH • RANGB ~40~ EAST IN ~ST . LUCIE ~ ~ FLORIDA .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THB CITY OF PORT
ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA: _
WHERI~AS, the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida has been
requested by the FIRST NATIONAL .BANK Sc TRUST CO. OF STUART,
FLORIDA acting as trustee, and ALVIN B. FILBERT and MARY C.
COWAN to annex the property described herein and public hearing
having been held on October 22, 1974, and the City Council
having considered. the same, it is
- 1. Therefore, be it ordained that the property described- -
herein, which is attached and made a part of this Ordinance be
annexed and made a part of the City of Port St.~Lucie, Florida.
2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
