BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ST.
LUCIE , FLORIDA : -
Section 1. .Petitions have been presented to the City Council
in accordance with Section 3(29) of Article IV of the Charter of the
City of Port St. Lucie by General Development Corporation, Trustee
of port St. Lucie Methodist Church, the Lutheran Church of St. Andrew,
St. Lucie County (Library site), School Board of St. Lucie County,
Florida, Cultural,Educational and Social Association of Port St. Lucie,
. Inc.,, Southern-Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company, and the St._Lucie-
Fort Pierce Fire Prevention and Control District, requesting the
annexations of lands hereinafter described and such lands being con-
tiguous to-and within three miles of the present City of Port St. Lucie,
~ and .the petitioners being the sole owners of such lands, the following
lands located in the unincorporated area of St. Lucie County, Florida,
are hereby annexed to and incorporated within the municipal limits of
the City of Port_St. Lucie:
