This conveyance is made subf ect to the following:

if any, which may now affect the aforedescribed property
including, but not limited to, the above-described Settlement -

recorded in Official Records Book 301 at Page 104 of the
Public Records of .St. Lucie County, Florida and -the above-
described Protective Covenants recorded in Offidal Records
Book 301 at Page 2965 of the Public Records of St. Lude

ance and reserving unto Grantor and its successors and assigns
as the owner of that portion- of the "Future Development Prop-

Covenants) not heretofore or hereby conveyed by Grantor.

5. Perpetual easement for encroachments now existing or hereafter
existing caused by the settlement or movement of improvements
or caused by minor inaccurades in building or rebuilding.
