RELEASE AND SATISFACT--ION OF LIEN
FOR~AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sup of $2,328.00, the undersigned does
' hereby release the property described iu Euttibit "A" attached hereto, from the
lien of that: certain Claim of Lien and Amended Claim of Lien filed in behalf of
the Lienor, FRANK STRICIQ.AND, in the office. of the Clerk of the Court of St.
- Lucie County, Florida on the days of September 10, 1979, and September 13, 1979,
and recorded in Official Records Book 316 at Page 366 and Official Records Book
316 at Page 1147 of St. Lucie County, Florida. The Claim of Lien and the Amended
Claim of Lien were for a~total sum of $2,328.00 due since June 15, 1979, for
labor, services and materials furnished to the said property described in -
8xhibit "A" attached hereto; the Lienor hereby declares said Lien fully
satisfied. -
