due and payable for a period of (0) days. then, at the option of the holder hereof. the full amount remaining due
upon said note shall thereupon become due and payable at once, together with all other indebtedness stipulated in this

The makers and endorsers of this note further agree to waive notice of,non-payment. protest and demand for _ -

"his" as used anywhere in this mortgage deed shall be taken to mean his. her, their or its. and likewise shall include
natural or corporate parties. wherever the rnntert so implies or admits.
