Mortgagee, for a good and-valuable consideration hereby stipulate and
agree to amend the Mortgage between them which is dated April 26, 1978,
and recorded in Official Records Book 285, at Page 2782, et seq, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Note between
them of the same date, in the following manner only:
