in-the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments
and administer-oaths, personally appeared INEZ S. LOWRY, who,
after being by me first duly cautioned and sworn, upon her
oath deposes and says:

Forf~Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That upon the request of Vincent A. Lloyd,
Esquire, she has.searched-the records of the City of Fort -
Pierce, which records reveal that the following described
property was within the corporate limits of the City of
Fort Pierce on March 28, 1947, said property being described
as:

according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 3, Page 86, of the Public Records
