PETITION fOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate, allegest
1. The decedent, Ralph tbrning, Jr., a resident of St. Lucie County,
florida, died on January 8th, 1979 and Letters of Administration were issued
- to Petitioner on .January 22nd, 1979 _
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing a complete
report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of adminis-
tration of this estate.
3• Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment of
all claims and by making provision for the payment of all expenses of ad-
ministration.
4. The aabunt of compensation to be paid to the personal representative
and attorneys is-set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has obtained a Nontaxable Certificate and Receipt for
£state Tax from the State of t=lorida, No. E4$661, which bas been filed
herein.
6. -Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets of this
estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as
Exhibit "B".
7. The only p~-son, other than Petitioner having an interest in this
