This instrument dated this 3~ day of October, 1979, executed
by $DWARD Je LUKA3 and SARAH J. LUKAS,-hie ,wife, is~ tiled for the
purpose of correcting that certain Mortgage in the amount of
$33,100.00, dated July 24, 1979, filed July•26, 1979, and recorded
in O.R. Book 313, Page 1260, of the St. Lucie County Public Records.
The proper legal description for. that Mortgage is hereby corrected -
to read as follows:
• LOt 32, Block 149, PORT ST. LUCIS, SECTION
TWENTY-SEVS'N, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat book 14, Pages SA through
5i, of-the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. -
The original Mortgage incorrectly•stated the above property
to be Lot 31 rather than Lot 32 and the purpose pf filing this
instrument is to correct that legal description.
