- NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT -
IN AND FOR ST~. LUCIE COUNTY
STATE OF FLORIDA.
- CIVIL DIVISION
CASE N0: 76-1040-FR
IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF )
DOYLE G. ESMOtt, ;
Husband, )
and ) ORDER
' PATSY S. ESMON, ;
Wife. )
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Motion for Order of
Contempt filed by the Wife in the above-captioned natter.
Upon failure of-the Husband to return-the youngest son
born of the marriage to the Wife in Case No. 76-1040-FR filed in
St. Lucie County, Florida, the Court finds from the testimony that
it appears the Husband never informed the Clerk of his mailing
address as provided in Paragraph 3 of the Final Judgment dated
March 30, 1977. -The Court therefore finds that it has jurisdiction
of both the Wife and the Husband.
From the testimony of the Wife, it appears that the
youngest son of the marriage has not been returned, said son being
SCOTT EUGENE ESMON, by the Husband after the said Husband exer-
cised his visitation rights with the children in California and
after the said Husband required the Wife to mail the Husband three
airplane tickets for the return of the three children. The Court
further finds that it has jurisdiction both of the iiusband and
Wife and the children. It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
DOYLE G. ESMOit shall return SCOTT EUGE:tE ESMON to the Wife in the
State of Florida within seven (7) days from the-date of this Order.
DONE A2JD ORDERED in Fo t Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this ~ day of 1979.
