ORDER
This cause having come before this court upon the Husband's -
motion for Temporary Custody of the-children and Temporary Restrain-
ing Order and the Court having been fully advised in the premises
and both parties having been represented by counsel who were pre-
- sent at this hearing. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That temporary custody of the minor children BOBBY HOLLAND
III and BETTY LOU HOLLAND, minor children of the parties is hereby
awarded to the husband, BOBBY HOLLAND, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the wife, LINDA HOLLAND.
2. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from
interfering with harassing or annoying the other. This Restraining
Order shall be enforceable by the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
.and their deputies and such Sheriffs or their deputies shall take
the offending party into custody without further order of this court.
Done and Ordered at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this
21 day of August 1979.
