ORDER ~ -
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Wife's allega-
tions for temporary relief as alleged in the Petition for Dissolu- ~
tion of Marriage filed herein by the Wife, upon hearing argument
of counsel it is therefore,
ORDERED that temporary custody of the minor child of
the parties, to-wit: JAMES ADAM LEDLOW, age 11 months, is hereby
awarded to the Wife, and further
ORDERED that the Husband shall be allowed visitation
rights as follows: Every Sunday from 9200 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.,
and every Wednesday from-5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., and further
ORDERED that the Husband shall pay the Wife the sum of
$35.00 per week, beginning Friday, August 31, 1979, for the support
of the minor child of the parties. Each payment shall be made to
the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to VICRIE
SIDES LEDLOW. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
$2.00 as statutory costs to be added to 'each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order-or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and reiidence address at all times
while this order is in effect. And further,
ORDERED that the Wife shall be granted possession of the
marital residence of the parties, located at 5200 Palm Drive, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as well as possession of all furniture and furnish-
ings located in the marital residence. The Wife is hereby ordered
