HomeMy WebLinkAbout2959 t • Z ~a • • ~ not to remove, destroy or dispose of any of the items of furniture or fu~nishingsolocated in the marital residence, and further ' ORDERED. that each party temporarily shall keep possession of the vehicle of which he or she presently has possession, such that the Wife shall keep the 1972 Datsun automobile and the Husband shall keep the 1974 Oldsmobile Cutlass, and_further _ ORDERED that the parties are hereby temporarily enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other, and the Sheriff is hereby directed to encarcerate the offending party without further order of Court, and further ORDERED. that the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services is hereby directed and ordered to conduct a home study of both parties and render to the Court its findings prior_to the time of the Final Hearing in this cause, and further - ORDERED that the Husband shall temporarily pay, per month,-and be responsible for the mortgage payment on the marital home in the amount of $167.10, and further ORDERED that the_Wife shall temporarily pay and be responsible for the payments on the loan at Sun Bank, and further _ORDERED that the Wife shall make the payment related to the automobile accident in Vero Beach, Florida, in the amount i- of $60.00 per month, and further ORDERED that each party shall bear their own costs incident to the temporary hearing,_as well as their own attorneys fees. 2 DONE AND ORD D at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this of a day of , 1979. ~p l 11 Il~ William G.
