THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard this 24th
day of August, 1979, upon the petition of the wife, MARGARET
M. SALAMONE, for an Order awarding the wife temporary alimony,
and this Court having heard the testimony of the parties,
considered the financial affidavits filed herein, and considered
the arguments of counsel, and it further appearing to the Court,
that the Petitioner JOSEPH A, SALAuONE is the recipient of a
pension from Grumman Aerospace Corporation, which could also
be considered by the Court in entering an award for temporary
alimony, it is therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. That the Petitioner shall pay to the wife,
MARGARET M. SALAMONE, the sum of $142.00 a week, together with
the proceeds from his Grumman Aerospace pension to be paid on
a weekly basis.
_ 2. Said payments shall commence ~~t , 1979,
and shall continue every week thereafter, until modified by
further Order of this Court.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, this Ic7 day of
1979, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
